1. Acceptance of terms
This website presents services marketed under the Executive Tour Service brand. The legal entity responsible for the website, contracts, service delivery and invoicing is Sucesso e Dedicação - Unipessoal Lda., Portuguese company and tax number 514330864, with office at Av. Itália, 276 A, 2765-514 Estoril, Portugal. Executive Tour Service is a commercial brand and not a separate legal entity. By using this site you accept these Terms of Use; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
We provide private transfers, experiences, golf services and executive chauffeur services. The details of each booking (route, schedule, price) are confirmed in writing before the service.
3. Bookings and payments
Requests made via the website, email or WhatsApp are proposals; bookings are only confirmed once we send a written confirmation. Specific payment and cancellation terms are communicated at the time of confirmation.
4. Client account
Using the client area requires registration and acceptance of the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the 'My account' area.
5. Marketing communications
We only send marketing communications by email or WhatsApp if you have given explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time (client area or the unsubscribe link in our emails).
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website is owned by Sucesso e Dedicação - Unipessoal Lda., the legal entity that operates the Executive Tour Service brand, or is used with permission from the relevant rights holders. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
7. Liability
We commit to delivering the service with punctuality, safety and diligence. We are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control, in particular force majeure, flight delays or traffic conditions. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability where applicable Portuguese law does not permit such limitation, in particular for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or damage to essential legal interests.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The statutory rules of territorial jurisdiction apply, including consumer-protection rules. Before any court action, consumers may refer disputes to the alternative dispute resolution entity indicated in the next section.
9. Alternative dispute resolution
As a possibility of alternative dispute resolution, consumers may refer disputes to the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt).
