1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website and Executive Tour Service (Sucesso e Dedicação, Unipessoal Lda., VAT 510 074 421, Lisbon, Portugal), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
We provide private transfers, experiences, golf services and executive chauffeur services. The details of each booking (route, schedule, price) are confirmed in writing before the service.
3. Bookings and payments
Requests made via the website, email or WhatsApp are proposals; bookings are only confirmed once we send a written confirmation. Specific payment and cancellation terms are communicated at the time of confirmation.
4. Client account
Using the client area requires registration and acceptance of the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the 'My account' area.
5. Marketing communications
We only send marketing communications by email or WhatsApp if you have given explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time (client area or the unsubscribe link in our emails).
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, trademarks) belongs to Executive Tour Service or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control (force majeure, flight delays, traffic conditions). Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The Lisbon courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, with express waiver of any other.
9. Alternative dispute resolution
Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution bodies, namely the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) or the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
